"Customer," "Buyer," and "Client" refer to any individual, company, organization, or entity purchasing products or services from AUN Sports.

2. Products & Services

AUN Sports provides custom manufacturing and wholesale production services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Sportswear

  • Team Uniforms

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Gis

  • Rash Guards

  • Karate Uniforms

  • MMA Apparel

  • Activewear

  • Private Label Manufacturing

  • OEM Production Services

  • Custom Packaging and Branding

All products are manufactured according to approved specifications, artwork, and customer requirements.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by AUN Sports are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices may vary based on:

  • Product Specifications

  • Material Selection

  • Quantity Ordered

  • Branding Requirements

  • Packaging Requirements

  • Shipping Method

  • Market Conditions

A quotation is considered valid only for the period specified in the quotation document.

4. Order Confirmation

An order becomes confirmed when:

  • The customer approves the quotation.

  • Required artwork and specifications are submitted.

  • Any agreed advance payment has been received.

Once production has started, modifications may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

5. Custom Designs & Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs are legally owned or authorized for use.

By providing artwork, the customer confirms that they possess all necessary rights and permissions.

AUN Sports shall not be held liable for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided materials.

6. Samples & Approvals

Where applicable, customers may request samples before bulk production.

Approval of a sample, design proof, mockup, specification sheet, or production sample constitutes authorization to proceed with manufacturing.

AUN Sports is not responsible for variations that are consistent with approved samples or specifications.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the project and customer relationship.

Typical payment arrangements may include:

  • Advance Deposit Before Production

  • Partial Payment During Production

  • Full Payment Before Shipment

Production and shipment schedules may be delayed if payments are not received according to agreed terms.

All bank transfer fees, intermediary banking fees, and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

8. Production Lead Times

Estimated production timelines are provided for planning purposes only.

Production schedules may be affected by:

  • Material Availability

  • Order Volume

  • Customization Complexity

  • Public Holidays

  • Shipping Delays

  • Force Majeure Events

AUN Sports shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Paying applicable import duties and taxes

  • Complying with local import regulations

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment of the goods.

10. Returns & Claims

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing Defects

  • Incorrect Production

  • Verified Quality Issues

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include supporting photographs and order details.

AUN Sports reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all claims before determining an appropriate resolution.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, graphics, branding materials, logos, designs, and written content belonging to AUN Sports remain the property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUN Sports shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

AUN Sports shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Floods

  • Earthquakes

  • Wars

  • Government Restrictions

  • Labor Disputes

  • Transportation Disruptions

  • Pandemics

  • Utility Failures

Production and delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.

14. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Distribute malicious software
