How quotes & orders work
AUN Sports works on a quote-first basis so you get accurate, custom pricing before you commit. Here is the full journey from request to delivery.

Request a quote
Browse the catalogue and add the items you want to your cart, choosing options like fabric, size and logo style. When you are ready, submit a quote request from your cart - or use the Get a Quote button for a quick request. You can add a note for anything custom.

We price it - fast
Our team reviews your request and prepares pricing, including any quantity (wholesale) discounts. Most quotes are answered within ~30 minutes during working hours. Some items are “price on request”, so their price stays as “pending” on your quote until we respond.

Review & discuss
Open the quote from Quotes in your account to see line items, options, totals, your shipping address and chosen shipping & payment methods. Use the Messages box on the quote to ask questions or request changes - we reply on the same quote. You can download a PDF copy any time.

Accept the quote
Once the quote is priced and ready, tick the Terms & Conditions box and click Accept Quote. Accepting turns your quote into an order automatically - no need to re-enter anything.

Pay for your order
Open the order from Orders in your account. Pay using the method shown (e.g. bank transfer) and upload your proof of payment on the order. We confirm the payment and begin production.

Production, shipping & tracking
We manufacture and ship your order. The order status updates as it progresses, and you can download the order PDF or message us at any stage. You will be emailed at key steps.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a quote and an order?
A quote is a price request you can review and discuss with no obligation. When you accept a quote it becomes an order, which you then pay for and we fulfil.
Why does my quote say “pending pricing”?
Some products are priced on request. Once our team prices your quote, the amounts replace “pending” and you will be able to accept it.
Can I change quantities or options after submitting?
Yes - just send a message on the quote and we will update it before you accept. Nothing is final until you accept the quote.
How do I pay?
After accepting, open the order and follow the payment method shown (such as bank transfer). Upload your proof of payment on the order so we can confirm it quickly.
Do you offer wholesale / bulk pricing?
Yes. Quotes automatically reflect quantity-break pricing where it applies, and you can always ask for a custom quote on larger volumes.
Where can I find my documents?
Every quote and order has a Download PDF button on its detail page for your records.
