How do I care for it?

It is a sublimated teamwear jersey built for both. It uses the modern fitted rugby pattern with a stand collar and raglan sleeves rather than the old cotton drill cut with a buttoned placket. If you need a heavier match grade build for senior contact, ask for that specifically when you request a quote.

Do you offer a looser cut for forwards?

The range runs youth S through adult 3XL on one pattern, and forwards usually size up one from their normal shirt size. If you want a dedicated wider cut across the chest and shoulders for your pack, mention it with your order and we will quote it as a separate pattern.

What is the minimum order for custom rugby uniforms?

The minimum is 10 kits per order. Sizes can be mixed freely across youth and adult within that 10, so a full squad with very different builds still counts as one run.

How long does a custom rugby kit order take?

Lead time depends on quantity and how quickly the artwork is approved. Send your squad size and target date with your enquiry and we will confirm a production timeline in writing before you commit.

Will the sublimated design crack, peel or fade?

No. Sublimation dyes the graphics into the polyester fibres instead of printing a layer on top, so there is nothing sitting on the surface to crack or lift when a jersey gets grabbed in contact. Hoops, badges and numbers stay sharp through a full season.

What sizes do you offer?

Youth S through youth XL and adult S through 3XL, on the same design. Mixed size runs are normal on squad orders, so you can order youth and senior kits together.
